When we receive a proper DMCA takedown notice, we will quickly act to either remove or block access to the content believed to infringe copyrights, consistent with DMCA provisions and other laws.

Your notice, including your name and contact details, may be sent to the party involved in the alleged infringement.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was wrongfully removed or blocked, you can issue a counter-notification, which must include:

• The content and where it appeared before removal;
• Your name, address, phone number, and email;
• A good faith statement under penalty of perjury;
• Agreement to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court;
• Your signature (electronic or physical).

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7–14 business days, we may reinstate the content in question.
